PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT

§ KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON §
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas ('Releasor"), with mailing; address of221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/ 100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by 1212 CHISHOLM TRAIL, LLC., a Texas limited liability company,
whose address is 2420 Patterson Industrial Drive, PtlugerviIle, Texas 78660, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE the portions of
public utility easements ("PUE") encumbering the below -described property, to -wit:
15 -Foot wide PUEs on South and West Property Lines:
Being a 15 -Foot -wide Public Utility Easement running parallel to the west and south
property lines of Lot 2, KILGORE SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Cabinet L, Slides 350-
351 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas; said 15 -foot -wide Public Utilities
Easements being shown in the maps attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
This instrument is given specifically to partially release the described said easements to the extent
Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which easement is partially terminated by abandonment, termination,
vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether
legal or equitable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Round Rock, Texas has caused this instrument to be
executed on this the day of the month of 2019.

The portion of the P.U.E. shown has proposed encroachments from the current project layout.
Current practice for standard P.U.E. assignments is at the right-of-way, so the area shown is
non-standard and currently not occupied. It was determined by our Utilites department that
these areas were not needed for City utilities, and the franchise utilities have affirmed that they
will not require the subject area for their future services.
