PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020
CITY OF ROUND ROCK
TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
The City of Round Rock will hold a public hearing on August 22, 2019 at 6:00pm in the City Council
Chambers located at 221 E. Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664 regarding the Fiscal Year 2020
proposed budget.
The Total Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2020 is $444,745,032.
This budget will raise more total property taxes than las year's budget by $7,720,406 or 13.6%
and of that amount $1,610,750 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax
roll this year.
Copies of the proposed budget are available to the public at the following places:
• Robert G. & Helen Griffith Public Library, 216 E. Main Street
• An electronic copy of the budget is also available on the City's website at
www.roundrocktexas.gov/budget
