That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson, State ofTexas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/ 100 Dollars (S 10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by NORTH FOREST OFFICE SPACE — AUSTIN, LLC, a Texas
limited liability company, whose address is 305 North Heatherwilde Boulevard, Suite 250, PfiugervilIe,
Texas, 78660, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON,
RELEASE and DISCHARGE the portions of a public utility easement encumbering the below -described
property, to -wit:
I ) Being a 7887 square foot tract, more or less, out of the Asa Thomas Survey, Abstract
No. 609, situated in Williamson County, Texas, being a portion of Lot I, Block A,
Interchange Business Park Section One, as shown upon the plat recorded in Cabinet J,
Slide 24 of the plat records of Williamson County, Texas, said 7887 square foot tract
of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds and by sketch in
attached hereto as Exhibit "A]," incorporated herein by reference for all purposes; and
2) Being a 7982 square foot tract, more or less, out of the Asa Thomas Survey, Abstract
No. 609, situated in Williamson County, Texas, being a portion of Lot 2B, replat of
Lot 2, Block A, Interchange Business Park Section One, as shown upon the plat
recorded in Document No. 2015052457 of the official Public Records of Williamson
County, Texas, said 7982 square foot tract of land being more particularly described
by metes and bounds and by sketch in attached hereto as Exhibit "A2," incorporated
herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to partially release the described said easements to the extent
Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which easement is partially terminated by abandonment, termination,
vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether
legal or equitable.
