Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of
City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX. on September 18, I019, at 6:00 p.m. by the
Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and beheard atthe public hearings.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Burgess &
Nip|e, on behalf ofthe property owner, CAAP, LP.The following actions will be considered: 1.) Approval of
Concept Plan for 21.28 acres to be known as Integrated Senior Living; 2.) Original zoning of the subject tract
to the SR (Senior) and MF-1 (Multifamily — Low Density) zoning districts. The Planning and Zoning
Commission may approve, modify ordeny these applications. Case Nos.ZON1QO8'O06and [P19O8'002.
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 21.28 acres, more or less, out of the N.B. Anderson Survey,
Abstract No. 29 and the Abel L. Eaves Survey, Abstract No. 215. Field notes further describing this
development tract are available for inspection in the City of Round Rock Planning and Development Services
Department, 30lVV. Bagdad, Suite 21O, Round Rock,Texas.
