TB-2019-015 - 9/12/2019 RESOLUTION NO. TB-2019-015 WHEREAS, the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation ("RRTEDC") has previously entered into a contract with INTOWNHOMES, LTD. to sell three tracts of land located southeast of the intersection of Bagdad Avenue and South Mays Street ("Property"); and WHEREAS, RRTEDC, pursuant to said contract, desires to close and otherwise finalize the conveyance of 0.676 acres,Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ROUND ROCK TRANSPORTATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, That the President is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation all closing documents related to the sale of 0.676 acres of land to INTOWNHOMES, LTD., a copy of said acreage being attached hereto as Exhibit"A-1" and incorporated herein for all purposes.
