Since then the developer has elected to amend the plat to remove a lot line, negating the need for a public wastewater line and easement. To ensure the Utilities and Environmental Services Deaprtment is not charged with maintaining a now -private line, we are releasing this easement to make the wastewater line a private easement to serve buildings within the same single lot.
