The agreement related to the Dry Branch Tributaries channel improvements that the City was planning at the time. The improvements are now very close to complete and the obligations of the City under the agreement have been satisfied except the release of a portion of an easement as stipulated in the agreement. This document releases the drainage easement across the Mustard property that had previously been dedicated to contain improvements to Dry Branch. The Dry Branch Tributaries improvements have rerouted the drainage channel and stormwater will be conveyed in the newly constructed channel in an easement and on property set aside for this purpose under the agreement between the City and the Mustards.
