That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor'), with mailing address of 221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10,00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by TAYLOR MORRISON OF TEXAS, INC., a Texas corporation,
whose address is 11200 Lakeline Boulevard, Suite 150A, Austin, Texas 78717, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE the Temporary
Access Easement encumbering the below -described property as recorded in Document No. 2018085212 of
the Official Public Records of Williamson County, to -wit;
A 0.109 -acre tract or 4,753 square feet tract of land situated in the Joseph Mott Survey, Abstract
No. 427, in the City of Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas, being out of a called 7.548 acre
tract conveyed to Taylor Morrison of Texas, Inc., recorded in Document No. 2018021655 of the
Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas and being out of the remnant portion of a
called 1.72 acre tract conveyed to Taylor Morrison of Texas, Inc., recorded in Document No.
3013115650 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas; said 0.109 -acre tract
being more particularly described by metes and bounds and shown in a sketch in the field notes
and sketch attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said easements to the extent Releasor
is Grantee of said easement, which easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and
cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or
equitable.

This easement was needed to provide secondary emergency access to Phases 4D and 2C.
The phases north of these two have just completed a paved street connection to Westinghouse
Rd. The newly paved streets provide the secondary emergency access now. This Temporary
Access Easement in Phase 6D is now no longer needed.
