That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
ofTravis and Williamson, State ofTexas("Releasor'), with mailing address of 221 last Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/I00 Dollars (S 10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by AVERY CENTRE DEVCO, INC., whose address is 400 East Main
Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of a 15 foot waterline easement recorded in
Document No. 3015060912 the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, encumbering the
below -described property, to -wit:
Being a 0.149 acre or 6,474 square foot tract of land being out of a called 377.590 acre tract
conveyed to Avery Centre Devco, Inc. in a Special Warranty Deed recorded in Document No.
2008072220 and corrected in Document No. 2008083894, both of the Official Public Records of
Williamson County, Texas, and being a portion of a 15 foot waterline easement recorded in
Document No. 2015060912 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, in the
City of Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas. Said 0.149 acre tract of land being more fully
described in the attached field notes and shown in the attached sketch, attached hereto as Exhibit
"A", and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to partially release the described said easement to the extent
Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which easement is partially terminated by abandonment, termination,
vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement wil I be of no further effect, whether
legal or equitable.

corner hereof,
2. S 10015'51" E, a distance of 15.00 feet for a calculated angle point hereof,
3. S 79044109" W, a distance of 17.50 feet for a calculated angle point hereof, and
4. S 10015'51" E, a distance of 78.59 feet for a calculated angle point being the southeast
