TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on November 26, 2019, at 6:00
p.m. by the City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearings.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the
Code of Ordinances City of Round Rock, Texas, 2018, Part III — Zoning and Development Code on the
topics listed below. Each topic will be considered as a separate item by City Council and will have its
own public hearing.
1. Sections 10-34 — Approval Procedure; and 10-45 — Site Plan Review
0 Regarding approval procedure and site plan review
2. Section 4-95 — Subdivision Improvement Construction Permits
Regarding subdivision improvement permits
3. Sections 2-13 through 2-23 and Sections 2-32, 2-33 and 2-34 — Building Materials Amendments
• To revise building materials in residential and commercial districts
4. Section 2-16
• To revise the lot composition requirements in the SF -3 district
5. Section 8-151— Amendment to Electrical Code
• Regarding building materials related to electrical code standards and specifications
6. Sections 2-91— Supplementary Use Standards
• Regarding supplementary use standards for car washes
