The program does not address cosmetic improvements. Home Repair Contracts may be amended if a change order is needed to complete any of the items in the work write up as long as total change orders does not exceed 25% of the original contract amount. Requesting approval of change order #1 in the amount of $750.00 for the home repair at 2001 Buckeye Lane. The Home Repair Agreement with B&O Construction was approved on October 18, 2019 in the amount of $24,879. Change order #1 is needed in order for the contractor to complete work write up item Exterior #4.
