to the Interlocal Agreement between
the City of Round Rock Texas
and
the City of Georgetown,Texas
This is the First Amendment("Amendment") to the Interlocal Agreement for Participating in the
City of Round Rock's Household Hazardous Waste Program between the City of Round Rock, Texas
and the City of Georgetown Texas dated June 13,2019 ("Original Agreement").
WHEREAS, on June 13, 2019 the Parties enter the Original Agreement authorized by Chapter
791 of the Texas Government Code and Subchapter F, Chapter 271 of the Texas Local Government
Code;
WHEREAS, the Parties would like to extend the term of the Original Agreement for an
additional year;
NOW THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Article III"TERM"of the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date on which all Partiies hereto have
executed this Agreement("Effective Date"). This Agreement shall expire on December 31,
2020 unless extended by mutual consent of the Parties.
2. All other terms of the Agreement not inconsistent with this Amendment shall apply. Except as
expressly modified by this Amendment, the Agreement remains unchanged and in full force
and effect, subject to its terms.
3. This Amendment is effective on the date executed by all the Parties

of the above-referenced contract.
