O-2019-0466 - 11/26/2019 I ORDINANCE NO. 0-2019-0466 2 3 4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT CODE, 5 CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE X, DIVISION 9, SECTION 8-151 REGARDING 6 ELECTRICAL CODE STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS, CODE OF 7 ORDINANCES (2018 EDITION), CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS; AND 8 PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING 9 CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS. 10 11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, 12 TEXAS: 13 I. 14 That Zoning and Development Code, Chapter 8, Article X, Division 9, Section 8- 15 151(f), Code of Ordinances (2018 Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, is hereby 16 amended as follows: 17 CHAPTER 8. The transformer shall not be covered after it 13 has been mounted. 14 (4) It will not be acceptable to use flexible metal conduit outside. Liquid-tight flexible conduit or liquid- 15 tight flexible nonmetallic conduit are considered acceptable. 16 2 1 1111. 2 3 A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are 4 expressly repealed. s B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordinance shall not 6 invalidate other sections or provisions thereof. 7 C.
