TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on January 23, 2020, at 6:00 P.M.
by the City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by RGC
Ventures& RGC Multifamily, LLC, regarding the funding of a 224-unit multifamily building. Construction
of the development is proposed to be financed, in part, by equity generated from low-income housing
tax credits issued by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. The applicant is required
by State law to pursue a signed resolution stating the City Council does not object to the application for
this funding assistance. Please note that the subject property is currently zoned Planned Unit
Development (PUD) No. 9 which allows for multi-family use. The resolution is to consider the City's
position on the requested tax credits.
