That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
ofTravis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by GOLDFINCH -RR PROPERTIES, LLC, a Delaware limited liability
corporation, whose address is 400 Perimeter Center Terrace, Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30346, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE
a portion of 15' Water Line Easement ("Easement"), encumbering the below -described property, to -wit:
Being a 424 square foot tract of land out of the William Bratton Survey 103, Abstract No.
100, situated in Travis County, Texas, being a portion of Lot I B, Black "B", replat of Lot
1, Block "B", Leif Johnson Subdivision, a subdivision of record in Document No.
200400159, of the Official Public Records of Travis County, Texas, being also a portion
of an existing 15' waterline easement described in Document No. 2018005937, of the
Official Public Records of Travis County, Texas; said 434 square foot tract being more
particularly described by metes and bounds and sketch attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said portion of Easement to the extent
Releasor is Grantee of said portion of Easement, which said portion of Easement is terminated by
abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which said portion of Easement will be
of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
