Milestone Development is providing three access easements to ensure the BCRWWS partner cities of Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, and Round Rock have access to all the wastewater infrastructure for any future maintenance and inspections. This is one of three easements that will grant a thoroughfare to utility access points and easements already in place. The City of Round Rock owns a small percentage in the collection system in this area and, as a partner, is included in the approval of the new access easement along with the other three cities.
