The program does not address cosmetic improvements. Home Repair Contracts may be amended if a change order is needed to complete any of the items in the work write up as long as total change orders does not exceed 25% of the original contract amount. Requesting approval of change order #1 in the amount of $750.00 for the home repair at 1711 Goodson Lane. The Home Repair Agreement with B&O Construction was approved on October 25, 2019 in the amount of $21,286 (CM -2019-0339). Change order#1 is needed in order for the contractor to complete work write up item Exterior #1. City inspector Darrell Hall verified that this additional work and change order amount is justifiable.
