Notice is hereby given of public hearing to be held in City Grund| Chambers located on the first

the Planning and Zoning Commission, Interested parties may appear and beheard a1the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Pe|oton
Land Solutions, on behalf Vfthe property owner, Responsive Education Solutions, for approval of
Concept Plan to be known as Round Rock Founders Academy, The Planning and Zoning Commission may
approve, modify ordeny this application. Case No. CP2OO1-OO1
The subject tract consists of 29.68 acnes, more or less, out of the Willis Donaho
Survey, Abstract No. 173. Field notes further describing this development tract are available for
inspection inthe City ofRound Rock Planning and Development Services Department, 301 W. Bagdad,
