KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
ofTravis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, far and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by CHRIS POWELL AND MICHELLE KUIK, whose address is 1818
Red Rock Drive, Round Rock, Texas 78665, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE the portion of a Public Utility Easement ("PUE")
encumbering the below -described property, to -wit:
7 foot wide portion of a_I0 foot wide PUE:
The westernmost seven (7) feet of a ten (10) foot wide public utility easement dedicated
adjacent to and parallel with the eastern property line of Lot 25, Block F, Round Rock
Ranch, Phase One, Section Two, Amended, a subdivision of record in Cabinet N. Slides
302-304, Official Records of Williamson County, Texas; said area more particularly
described and shown in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
This instrument is given specifically to release a portion of the described said easement to the extent
Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which easement is partially terminated by abandonment, termination,
vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether
legal or equitable.

The area of Easement Release (Area) Is comprised of a ten (ten) feet wide public utility
easement dedicated adjacent to and parallel with the eastern property line of Lot 25, Block
F, Round Rock Ranch, Phase One, Section Two, Amended, a subdivision of record in
Cabinet N, Slides 302-304, Official Records of Williamson County, Texas; said Area being
the westemmost seven (7) feet of said easement, and said Area extending from the
southern property line of said Lot 25 shared with Lot 27, Block F of said subdivision,
northward and with the western edge of said easement for approximately seventy-seven
and one-tenth (77.1) feet to a point, said point marking the intersection of said public utility
easement with the southern boundary of a separate fifteen (15) feet wide Drainage, Stone
Sewer Easement along and adjacent to the northern property line of said Lot 25,
containing approximately five -hundred thirty-nine and seven -tenths (539.7) square feet
and as illustrated in the following sketch.

This is an application to vacate the innermost 7 -feet of a 10 -foot wide PUE located along the
rear property line. Section 10-33 of the Subdivision Ordinance allows a landowner to request
the vacation of an easement established by an approved plat or by separate instrument. The
purpose of the requested vacation is to allow the homeowner additional space for the
construction of a pool.
The City of Round Rock Utilities and Environmental Services Department has consented to the
proposed vacation.
