ofTravis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and Noll 00 Dollars (S 10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by TAYLOR MORRISON OF TEXAS, INC., a Texas corporation.
whose address is I I200 Lakeline Boulevard, Suite 150A, Austin, Texas 78717. the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of a
Water Line Easement recorded as Document No. 2018049544 ofthe Official Public Records of Williamson
County, Texas ("Easement"), encumbering the below -described property, to -wit:
Being a 0.017 acre tract or 750 square foot tract of land situated in the Joseph Mott Survey,
Abstract No. 427, in the City of Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas, being out of a
called 16.556 acre tract of land conveyed to Taylor Morrison of Texas, Inc., recorded in
Document No. 2018006616 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas
and being out of a tailed 28.113 acre pact conveyed to Taylor Morrison of Texas, Inc.
recorded in Document No. 2018021690 of the Official Public Records of Williamson
County, Texas; said 0.0017 acre tract being more particularly described in the field notes
and sketch attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said portion of Easement to the extent
Releasor is Grantee of said portion of Easement, which said portion of Easement is terminated by
abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which said portion of Easement will be
of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
