That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
ofTravis and Williamson, State ofTexas (,,Releasor"), with mailing address of 22l East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen and Nol1100 Dollars (S10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by ST. DAVID'S HEALTHCARE PARTNERSHIP, L.P., LLP, a Texas
limited liability partnership, whose address is 1800 San Jacinto Tower, 98 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin,
Texas 78701, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON,
RELEASE and DISCHARGE the portions of a Water Line Easement encumbering the below -described
property, to -wit:
Being a 0 166 acne (approximately 7,25S square foot) tract of land, being a portion of Lot
1, Block A, the Final Plat of the Amended Plat of the Final Plat of Round Rock Medical
Center, a subdivision of record in Cabinet Z, Slide 176 of the plat records of Williamson
County, Texas; said 0.166 acre tract of land being; more fully described by Metes and
Bounds and sketches attached hereto as Exhibits "A", and incorporated herein by reference
for all purposes
This instrument is given specifically to partially release the described said easements to the extent
Releasor is Grantee of Said easement, which easement is partially terminated by abandonment, termination,
vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether
legal or equitable.

This Waterline easement was granted to the City of Round Rock by Final Plat in 1996 for future
installment for City Utilities. The City never installed utilities in this easement and necessary
utilities were installed and now exist along the northern boundary of the lot.
