Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of
City Hall, 22I East Main Street inthe City ofRound Rock, TX, on March 26, 2020, at6:8Op.m. bythe City
Council. Interested parties may appear and beheard atthe public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by 8|ey|
Engineering, on behalf ofthe property owners, The Madsen Joyce Trustee of the Madsen Family Revocable
Trust, e1al. The following actions will be considered: (a) approximately Z2J8acres toSF-8 (Single Family
Mixed Lod, 2257 acres of which is original zoning and 0.21 acres of which is being rezoned from 0E-1
(General Office); (b) and approximately 6.0 ac/es to OS (Open Space), 4.36 acres of which is original zoning
and 075 acres ofwhich is being rezoned from [-Z (Local Commercial) and 0.99 acres of which is being

The subject tract consists of 28.78 acres, more or less, out of the Robert McNutt Survey
Abstract No. 422. Field notes further describing this development tract are available for inspection in the City
