Notice is hereby given of public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor ofCity Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City ofRound Rock, TX, on April 23, 2020, at G:UO P.M. by
the City Council. Interested parties may appear and beheard atthe public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by
Cornerstone Associates, LLC, regarding the funding for affordable senior multi-family housing.
Construction of the development is proposed to be financed, in part, by equity generated from low-
income housing tax credits issued bythe Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. The
applicant is required by State law to pursue a signed resolution stating the City Council does not object
to the application for this funding assistance. Please note that the subject property is currently located
in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ET]). The resolution is to consider the City's position on the requested
tax credits.
