That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson,State of Texas("Releasor"),with mailing address of 221 East Main Street,Round
Rock,Texas 78664,for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars($10.00)and other good
and valuable consideration paid by TAYLOR MORRISON OF TEXAS, INC., a Texas corporation,
whose address is 11200 Lakeline Boulevard, Suite 150A,Austin, Texas 78717,the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged,does hereby ABANDON,RELEASE and DISCHARGE the portions of
a Temporary Access Easement encumbering the below-described property,to-wit:
Being a 0.038 acre or 1,649 square foot tract of land situated in the Joseph Mott, Survey,
Abstract No. 427, in the City of Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas, being out of a
remnant portion of a called 28.113 acre tract conveyed to Taylor Morrison of Texas, Inc.,
recorded in Document No. 2018021690 of the Official Public Records of Williamson
County, Texas, and being a portion of a 30' Temporary Access Easement recorded in
Document No. 2019093601 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas;
said 0.038 acre tract of land being more fully described by Metes and Bounds and sketches
attached hereto as Exhibit"A", and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to partially release the described said easements to the extent
Releasor is Grantee of said easement,which easement is partially terminated by abandonment,termination,
vacation,and cessation of purpose,and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect,whether
legal or equitable.
IN WITNESS EREOF, the City of ound ock, Texas has caused this instrument to be
