TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on May 14, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. by the City
Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony regarding the rezoning of the properties indicated
on the map shown below from SF-2 (Single-family Standard Lot) zoning district to the SF-D (Single-family
Downtown) zoning district. Case No. ZON2003-002
