That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson,State of Texas("Releasor"),with mailing address of 221 East Main Street,Round
Rock,Texas 78664,for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and Noll 00 Dollars($10.00)and other good
and valuable consideration paid by TAYLOR MORRISON OF TEXAS, INC., a Texas corporation,
whose address is 11200 Lakeline Boulevard, Suite 150A,Austin, Texas 78717,the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged,does hereby ABANDON,RELEASE and DISCHARGE the Temporary
Access Easement recorded as Document No. 2019107275 of the Official Public Records of Williamson
County,Texas,encumbering the below-described property,to-wit:
Being a 0.069 acre or 3,017 square foot tract of land situated in the Joseph Mott, Survey,
Abstract No. 427, in Williamson County, Texas, being out of the remnant portion of a
called 63.581 acre tract conveyed to Taylor Morrison of Texas,Inc.,recorded in Document
No. 2018007528 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas; said 0.069
acre tract of land being more fully described by Metes and Bounds and sketches attached
hereto as Exhibit"A", and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said easements to the extent Releasor
is Grantee of said easement, which easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and
cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or
equitable.

right-of-way and street improvement came with a subsequent phase. That phase is ready to be
recorded and built, so there is no longer a need for this access easement. It is ok to release
