Notice is hereby given of public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on June 25, 2020, at G:OO P.M. by
the City Council. Interested parties may appear and beheard atthe public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by
Cornerstone Associates, LLC, on behalf of the property owners, VVebsterBrostad Family Revocable
Trust, et al.,for the original zoning of 7.65 acres to the SR (Senior) zoning district. Case No.ZON2004-002
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 7.65 acres, more or less, out of the J. H. Randall Survey,
Abstract No.531. Field notes further describing this development tract are available for inspection in the City
