conflicting terms and conditions incorporated herein.
• This quote is exclusive of applicable state, local, and federal taxes, which, if any, will be included in the invoice. It
is the responsibility of Round Rock, TX to provide applicable exemption certificate(s).
• Any lapse in payment may result in suspension of service and will require the payment of a setup fee to reinstate

This item will be to replace our Granicus analog encoder with a new digital HD encoder. This
encoder supports our channel 10 live stream at roundrocktexas.gov\tv as well as content
management and recording of all of our public meetings. The current encoder is end of life, out
of warranty and running an unsupported version of the Windows operating system.
This will also upgrade our Granicus subscription to support digital HD streaming and recording
from this new device.
