The Transportation Department requests City Manager approval for Change Order #5 for the
Downtown Streetscape Improvement Project.
Change Order #5 includes a number of items:
1. Revisions to concrete work at the NW corner of Sheppard and Main and colored concrete for
additional sidewalk in front of Slapbox pizza - $3291.86
2. Additional irrigation sleeves and repairs along Sheppard and Lampasas - $6,522.40
3. Revisions to the Bison decking system at Parklets B & C - $6,507.60
4. Additional colored concrete curb and demo work for light pole foundations- $2,261.95
5. Sealant for UV protection of the Bison decking system - $7,650.00
6. Credit for trench drains - ($3,208.70)
Original contract price was $2,380,391.58.
Change Order#1 added $19,842.20.
Change Order #2 added $48,019.40.
Change Order #3 added $63,027.80.
