TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on July 15, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. by
the Planning and Zoning Commission and on July 23, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. by the City Council. Interested
parties may appear and be heard at the public hearings.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony regarding a proposed amendment to the
Code of Ordinances City of Round Rock, Texas, 2018, Part III — Zoning and Development Code, Chapter 2,
Article III, Section 2-26 — Residential Lot and Building Dimensional Standards, to revise the rear and side
setbacks for accessory buildings in the SF-1 (Single Family — Large Lot), SF-2 (Single Family — Standard
Lot) and SF-3 (Single Family— Mixed Lot) zoning districts.
