TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on August 5, 2020, at 6:00 P.M. by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing. The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by The Tynan Law Firm, on behalf of the property owner, Frank E. Martin III, Executor of the Estate of Ardelia Ellen Stark, for approval of the rezoning of 47.54 acres of land from SF-R (Single -Family Rural) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to be known as the Urbana at Meadow Lake PUD.
