Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in the City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on August 11, 2020, at 5:30 P.M. by
the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Ryan
Sabrsula, Finley's Restaurant, Owner.
Special Exception: The applicant is seeking a special exception, in accordance with Section 10-53 of the
Zoning and Development Code, forthe purpose of allowing outdoor entertainment in the MU-2 (Mixed-U se
Downtonwn Medium Density) zoning district, providing for amplified live music performed in association
with a restaurant or bar. Case No. ZBA2007-002
Legal Description: The subject tract is described as City of Round Rock, Block 26, Lot 6-9 also known as 410
W. Main St. Round Rock, in Williamson County, Texas. Field notes further describing this development
