TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall,
221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on September 2, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by 2P Consultants, LLC, on
behalf of the property owner, Kingdom of God Christian Center, Inc., to Replat Lot 1, Block A of the Olson Subdivision.
The Planning and Zoning Commission may approve, modify or deny this application. Case No. FP2008-001
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of .82 acres, more or less, out of the Wiley Harris Survey, Abstract No. 298.
