TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on September 16, 2020, at 6:00
p.m. by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public
hearings either in person or remotely via Zoom videoconferencing. Please visit our website at
www.roundrocktexas.gov where a registration link will be posted on the calendar entry for each public
meeting. Registration links are specific to each meeting. Please make sure you are registering for the
meeting you wish to speak at.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the
Code of Ordinances City of Round Rock, Texas, 2018, Part III — Zoning and Development Code.
1. Section 4-88 - Subdivision and addition plats: to include provisions for final plats related to the
re -delineation of floodplain limits due to the adoption of Atlas 14 rainfall data
2. Section 8-144 - General: to adopt the 2020 Edition of the National Electrical Code
