TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on October 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearings either in person or remotely via Zoom videoconferencing. Please visit our website at www.roundrocktexas.gov where a registration link will be posted on the calendar entry for each public meeting. Registration links are specific to each meeting. Please make sure you are registering for the meeting you wish to speak at. The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony concerning the requests filed by Kimley-Horn, on behalf of the property owners, Simon Property Group; and Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, on behalf of the property owners, CPG Round Rock LP & SPG Round Rock NS LP. The following actions will be considered: 1.) Replat of the 86.24-acre CPG Partners Commercial Tract Sec. 1, Block A, Lot 1A; and 2.) Rezoning of 10.09 acres of land from (Planned Unit Development) PUD 60 to a new PUD to be known as the Outlet Mall Apts. PUD. The Planning and Zoning Commission may approve, modify, or deny these applications. Case Nos. FP2009-001 and ZON2009-001.
