Notice is hereby given of public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock,TX, on October 6, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. by
the Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and beheard atthe public hearing
either in person or remotely via Zoom videoconferencing. Please visit our website at

The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by the
Drenner Group, on behalf of the property owner, Cory and Lisa Shaw, to rezone 1.06 acres of land from
TF (Two-family) zoning district to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to be known asthe 615 Pecan PUD.
