A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2020-2021 ANNUAL ACTON PLAN FOR
THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS,the City Council has previously adopted the 2020-2021 Annual Action Plan for
the Community Development Block Grant Program("CDBG"), and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend said CDBG 2020-2021 Annual Action Plan
and authorize the Mayor to execute related required documents,Now Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS:
That the CDBG 2020-2021 Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant
Program is amended as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. All other
terms of the CDBG 2020-2021 Action Plan remain unchanged.
The Mayor is authorized to execute documents required for implementation of the amended
CDBG 2020-2021 Action Plan as set forth in Exhibit`B"attached hereto and incorporated herein.
The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and
subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was
open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Ordinance and the subject matter
hereof were discussed,considered and formally acted upon,all as required by the Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
