TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in the City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on December 8, 2020 at 5:30 P.M. by
the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing either in
person or remotely via Zoom videoconferencing. Please visit our website at www.roundrocktexas.gov
where a registration link will be posted on the calendar entry for each public meeting. Registration links are
specific to each meeting. Please make sure you are registering for the meeting you wish to speak at.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Steve Wright
and the property owner, C H Crossley, Sr.
Special Exception: The applicant is seeking a special exception, in accordance with Section 10‐53 of the
Zoning and Development Code, for the purpose of allowing outdoor entertainment in the OS (Open Space)
zoning district, providing for amplified live music performed in association with a restaurant or bar. Case No.
ZBA2011‐002
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 9.93 acres, more of less, out of the Robert McNutt Survey,
Abstract No. 422, described as City of Round Rock, Oak Bluff Estates, Phase 2, also known as 95 Twin Ridge
Pkwy, Round Rock, in Williamson County, Texas. Field notes further describing this development tract are
available for inspection in the City of Round Rock Planning and Development Services Department, 301 W.
Bagdad, Suite 210, Round Rock, Texas.
Location: This subject tract of land is located to the east side of Forest Creek Dr. and Twin Ridge Pkwy.
