TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in the City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on December 8, 2020 at 5:30 P.M. by
the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing either
in person or remotely via Zoom videoconferencing. Please visit our website at www.roundrocktexas.gov
where a registration link will be posted on the calendar entry for each public meeting. Registration links are
specific to each meeting. Please make sure you are registering for the meeting you wish to speak at.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Austin Civil
Engineering, on behalf of the property owner, Mojave Properties, LLC.
Special Exception: The applicant is seeking a special exception, in accordance with Section 2‐35 and Sec. 10‐
53 of the Zoning and Development Code, to allow Auto Body and Painting in the C‐1 (General Commercial)
zoning district. Case No. ZBA2011‐001
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 0.96 acres, more or less, out of the Wiley Harris, Survey,
Abstract No. 298, also known as 1401 IH 35 Round Rock, in Williamson County, Texas. Field notes further
describing this development tract are available for inspection in the City of Round Rock Planning and
Development Services Department, 301 W. Bagdad, Suite 210, Round Rock, Texas.
Location: This subject tract of land is located on the east side of IH 35; north of W. Palm Valley Blvd.
