accordance with Part III - Zoning and Development Code, Section 10-53 of the City of Round
Rock Code of Ordinances, for the purpose of allowing outdoor entertainment in the OS (Open
Space) zoning district, providing for amplified live music performed in association with a
restaurant or bar; generally located on the east side of Forest Creek Dr. and Twin Ridge Pkwy.

(e) of the Code requires the approval of the Zoning Administrator for an alternate design in the
MU-1 (Mixed Use - Downtown Medium Density) zoning district. The site is located at 212 W.
Main St.; generally located on the northeast corner of W. Main St. and N. Brown St. Case No.
