That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the
Counties of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East
Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by YMCA OF GREATER
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, a non-profit organization, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 819,
Round Rock, Texas 78680, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of a Public Utility Easement recorded
as by plat in Document No. 2007079067 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County,
Texas ("Easement"), encumbering the below -described property, to -wit:
Being a certain 0.065 acre tract of land located in the David Curry Survey, Abstract
No. 130, situated in Williamson County, Texas in the City of Round Rock; subject
tract being over and across "Lot 1 A" of the YMCA of Greater Williamson County
Round Rock Branch Final Plat of 3.209 acres and Sweetbriar II Addition and
Clearwater Subdivision, a subdivision in Williamson County according to the Plat
recorded in Document No. 2007079067 of the Official Public Records of
Williamson County (OPRWC); said 0.065 acre tract of land being more particularly
described by field notes and sketch in Exhibit "A," incorporated herein by reference
for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said portion of Easement to
the extent Releasor is Grantee of said portion of Easement, which said portion of Easement is
terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which said
portion of Easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.

These notes describe that certain tract of land located in the DAVID CURRY SURVEY,
ABSTRACT NO. 130 situated in Williamson County, Texas in the City of Round Rock;
subject tract being over and across "Lot 1 A" of the YMCA of Greater Williamson County
Round Rock Branch Final Plat of 3.209 Acres and Sweetbriar II Addition and Clearwater
Subdivision, a subdivision in Williamson County according to the Plat recorded in
Document No, 2007079067 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County
(OPRWC), subject tract being surveyed on the ground under the direct supervision of
Bruce Lane Bryan, Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 4249, in the month of
March, 2020 and being more fully described as follows
COMMENCING at a %" iron rod found at the Southwest corner of said "Lot IA" (North
= 10,164,652.819 feet, East = 3,128,937.343 feet); THENCE North 62' 19' 28" East,
over and across said "Lot ]A", a distance of 443.55 feet to a calculated point at the
Southwest corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this description;
THENCE with the boundary lines of subject tract, over and across said "Lot IA" as
follows:
• North 23' 55' 44" West 200.67 feet to a calculated corner,
