That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the
Counties of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East
Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by 1001 HENNA, LLC, a Texas
limited liability company, whose address is 500 North Capital of Texas Highway, Austin, Texas
78746, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON,
RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of a 30' Public Utility Easement dedicated by the
Henderson Tract Subdivision recorded in Cabinet I, Slide 195, of the Williamson County Texas
Plat Records ("Easement"), encumbering the below -described property, to -wit:
Being a 1,478 square feet tract of land out of Lot 2, Block "A," Round Rock Retail
Subdivision Phase 2 Replat, a subdivision recorded in Document No. 200806603,
Official Public Records, Williamson County, Texas, being a portion of a 30' P.U.E.
out of Lots 1 and 4 dedicated by the Henderson Tract Subdivision, a subdivision
recorded in Cabinet I, Slide 195, of the Williamson County, Texas Plat Records;
said 1,478 square feet tract of land being more particularly described by metes and
bounds and sketch in Exhibit "A," incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said portion of Easement to
the extent Releasor is Grantee of said portion of Easement, which said portion of Easement is
terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which said
portion of Easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
