E. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
E.1 TMP-1147 Consider approval of the minutes for the December 19, 2019 Special
Called and Regular City Council meetings.
F. RESOLUTIONS:
F.1 2020-0003 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement to
confirm receipt and expenditure of Asset Forfeiture awards from Federal
Courts and agree to continue participate in the receipt of federal forfeiture
awards.
F.2 2020-0004 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase
Order to Siddons-Martin Emergency Group, LLC for the purchase of a 2020
Pumper Fire Truck

F.3 2020-0001 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreed
Judgment in the condemnation suit styled City of Round Rock, Texas and
The State of Texas v. Round Rock 732 Building, LLC, et. al., for the
acquisition fee title to 0.258 acres, and a public utility easement interest in
and to 0.067 acres, which are required for the construction of proposed
improvements to RM620 (Parcels 22 and 22PUE).
FA 2020-0002 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate
Contract with Round Rock 732 Building, LLC for the purchase of an
approximately 0.469 acre tract of land remaining after the City's
condemnation of right-of-way parcels required for the RM 620 Right of Way
Project(Parcels 22R).
F.5 2020-0005 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate
Contract with RealTex Ventures, Inc. to purchase 0.359 acres of
right-of-way required for construction of the proposed Gattis School Road
Phase 6 roadway improvement Project(Parcel 24).
F.6 2020-0006 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate
Contract with IA Round Rock University Oaks Limited Partnership, an
Illinois limited partnership, to purchase 0.566 acres of right-of-way required
for construction of the proposed University Boulevard roadway
improvement Project(Parcel 10).
F.7 2020-0007 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Letter Agreement
with IA Round Rock University Oaks Limited Partnership, an Illinois limited
partnership, to purchase a 0.010 acre public utility easement interest, and
to construct a public roadway connection to Oakmont Drive, required as
part of the proposed University Boulevard roadway improvement Project
(Parcel 14PUE).
F.8 2020-0008 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with
Austin Traffic Signal Construction Co., Inc. for the Sunrise Road and Luther
Peterson Place Intersection Improvements Plan.
F.9 2020-0009 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for
Engineering Services with HDR Engineering, Inc. for the CR 112 from CR
117 to CR 110 Proiect.
F.10 2020-0010 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with
Partners Remodeling for the 2017 CDBG Sidewalk-Chisholm Valley
Subdivision Project.
F.11 2020-0011 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with
Patterson Equipment, LLC for camera maintenance and repair services.

G.3 2020-0014 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance rezoning 2.90 acres
located west of Mandell Street between W. Nash Street and W. Logan
Street from the SF-2 (Single-Family-Standard Lot)zoning district to the TF

GA 2020-0015 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance rezoning 5.031
acres located at the southwest corner of Gattis School Road and Westview
Drive from the PF-3 (Public Facilities - High Intensity) zoning district to PUD
(Planned Unit Development) No. 111, and approving Amendment No. 1 to

ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
