E.1 TMP-1282 Consider Mayor's special recognition to Cooper Douglas for his
contributions to the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter.
E.2 TMP-1280 Consider_proclaiming March as"National Nutrition Month" in the City of
Round Rock.
E.3 TMP-1281 Consider proclaiming March 11, 2020 as"National Registered Dieticians
Day" in the City of Round Rock.
F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
F.1 TMP-1284 Consider approval of the minutes for the February 13, 2020 Special Called
and Regular City Council meetings.

G. RESOLUTIONS:
G.1 2020-0053 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the First
Amendment to the Onsite Public Improvement Agreement with KR
Acquisitions and the Round Rock Transportation and Economic
Development Corporation.
G.2 2020-0046 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal
Agreement for Automatic Aid Assistance between Emergency Service
Districts of Travis and Williamson Counties and the Cities of Austin.

G.3 2020-0047 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Development
Agreement with the owners of Quick Farm regarding the conveyance to the
City of two tracts of land within the Quick Development as satisfaction of
City parkland dedication requirements.
GA 2020-0048 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate
Contract with Parker-Harris Properties. LLC, for the purchase of a
0.303-acre parcel required for construction of Gattis School Road (Phase
G.5 2020-0049 Consider a resolution accepting the City's Quarterly Financial and
Investment Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2019.
G.6 2020-0050 Consider a resolution accepting the City's Comprehensive Annual Financial
Report for fiscal year October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019.
G.7 2020-0051 Consider a resolution authorizing the publication of notice of intention to
issue City of Round Rock, Texas combination tax and limited revenue
certificates of obligation, Series 2020A and other matters related thereto.
G.8 2020-0052 Consider a resolution authorizing the publication of notice of intention to
issue City of Round Rock, Texas combination tax and limited revenue
certificates of obligation, Series 2020B, and other matters related thereto.

*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock
reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to
discuss any of the matters listed below, as authorized by Texas Government Code:
