by the City Council. The Mayor may deny any presenter the opportunity to address the City Council if the
presentation or comments offered is substantially repetitive of those previous made,per§2-26(b)(d), of

E. PROCLAMATIONS, STAFF RECOGNITION AND SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS:
E.1 TMP-1346 Consider proclaiming March 2020 as"Muscular Dystrophy Association
Month" in the City of Round Rock.
F. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be
enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a
Council member in which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered
separately.
F.1 TMP-1347 Consider approval of the minutes for the February 27, 2020 City Council
meeting.
F.2 2020-0064 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with
Consolidated Traffic Controls, Inc. for the purchase of traffic control,
enforcement, and signal preemption equipment.

G. RESOLUTIONS:
G.1 2020-0054 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with
Austin Structured Cabling, LLC for the purchase of data storage,
communication, and networking equipment.
G.2 2020-0055 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with
Axon Enterprises, Inc. for the purchase of law enforcement mobile video
and evidence storage.
G.3 2020-0059 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental
Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement with Studio 16:19, LLC for landscape
architectural services related to the South Mays Gateway Enhancement
Project.
GA 2020-0060 Consider a resolution removing the monarch designation for a tree located
on a proposed development site at 1651 Sam Bass Road.
G.5 2020-0056 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Joint Election
Agreement and Election Services Contract with Williamson County and
participating entities for the May 2, 2020 General and Special Elections.
G.6 2020-0057 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Election
Services Contract with Travis County for the May 2, 2020 General and
Special Elections.
G.7 2020-0058 Consider a resolution requiring the provision of certain voting equipment in
compliance with Section 61.012 of the Texas Election Code.
G.8 2020-0061 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with
James Construction Group for the Logan Street Bridge Project.
G.9 2020-0062 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity
Adiustment/Change Order No. 4 with Chasco Constructors for the Harrell
Parkway and Brushy Creek Plant Road Project.
G.10 2020-0063 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute three Termination of
Multiple Use Agreements with the Texas Department of Transportation
regarding the US 79 Sidewalk, FM 3406 Sidewalk and BI 35 L (North Mays)
Sidewalk Projects.
G.11 2020-0065 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with
Dalrymple Gravel & Contracting Co., Inc. for the Hesters Crossing_
Downstream Channel Improvements Project.
G.12 2020-0066 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for
Engineering Services with Plummer Associates. Inc. for the
Communications and Water Plant Control System Improvements Project.
G.13 2020-0067 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Wholesale Water
Service Agreement with the City of Georgetown.

Restated Agreement for Capacity, Operation, Maintenance, and Capital

H. COUNCIL COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
I. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
1.1 TMP-1348 Consider Executive Session as authorized by W1.074, Texas
Government Code, to deliberate the evaluation and performance of the
Municipal Judge.
1.2 TMP-1362 Consider Executive Session as authorized by U51.071 Government Code,
related to consultation with Attorney regarding pending or contemplated
litigation.
J. ADJOURNMENT
*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock
reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to
discuss any of the matters listed below, as authorized by Texas Government Code:
