Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may do
so after completing the required registration card.All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in

by the City Council. The Mayor may deny any presenter the opportunity to address the City Council if the
presentation or comments offered is substantially repetitive of those previous made,per§2-26(b)(d),of
the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2018 Edition.
E. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be
enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a
Council member in which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered
separately.
E.1 TMP-1353 Consider approval of the minutes for the March 12, 2020 City Council
meeting.
E.2 2020-0071 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with Williamson County for the purchase of surplus Phillips
MRX Defibrillator parts.
E.3 2020-0081 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase
Order to Motorola Solutions, Inc. for the purchase of radio communications
equipment.

EA 2020-0075 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase
Order to Overseas Parts Distributing Inc. for the purchase of two (2)
motorcycles for the Police Department.

F.1 2020-0069 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Administration
and Funding Agreement for the City of Round Rock Economic
Development Program with the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce and
the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation.
F.2 2020-0070 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Microsoft Enterprise
Enrollment contract documents for participation in volume licensing.
F.3 2020-0072 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with
Partners Remodeling Restoration and Waterproofing, LLC for the Clay
Madsen Recreation Center Fencing Project.
FA 2020-0073 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity
Adjustment/Change Order No. 3 with G. Hyatt Construction, Inc. for the
Downtown Round Rock Streetscape Improvements Project.
F.5 2020-0084 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Consent to the
Assignment of the Refuse Collection Contract between the City of Round
Rock, Texas and Central Texas Refuse, Inc.
F.6 2020-0076 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with
SUEZ Treatment Solutions, Inc. for the purchase of parts and repair
services for the UV Disinfectant System at the Brushy Creek Wastewater
Treatment Plant.
F.7 2020-0074 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental
Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement for Construction Materials Testing
Services with Rock Engineering &Testing Laboratory, Inc. for the Public
Library Project.

acres located northeast of the intersection of CR 117 and Red Bud Lane to

acres located northeast of the intersection of CR 117 and Red Bud Lane to
the SF-3 (Single-Family-Mixed Lot)zoning district. (First Reading)*
G.3 2020-0080 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance approving
Amendment No. 5 to the Planned Unit Development(PUD) No. 42 to allow
high-density multi-family apartments, generally located southeast of the
intersection of Louis Henna Boulevard and Warner Ranch Drive. (First

*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock
reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to
discuss any of the matters listed below,as authorized by Texas Government Code:
