of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by TAYLOR MORRISON OF TEXAS, INC., a Texas corporation,
whose address is 810 Hester Crossing, Suite 235, Round Rock, Texas, 78681, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE the remnant
portion of the Temporary Access Easement recorded as Document No. 2019093601 of the Official Public
Records of Williamson County, Texas, encumbering the below -described property, to -wit:
Being a 0.222 acre or 9,670 square foot tract of land situated in the Joseph Mott, Survey,
Abstract No. 427, in Williamson County, Texas, being out of open space Lot 25, Block
DD and Lot 7, Block DD of Vizcaya, Phase 6B & 7D, a subdivision according to the plat
recorded in Document No. 2020028818 of the Official Public Records of Williamson
County, Texas, being out of Lot 14, Block DD of Vizcaya, Phase 6C, a subdivision
according to the plat recorded in Document No. 2019083051, and being a remnant portion
of a 30-foot Temporary Access Easement recorded in Document No. 2019093601 of the
Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas; said 0.222 acre tract of land being
more fully described by field notes and sketch attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and
incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said easements to the extent Releasor
is Grantee of said easement, which easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and
cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or
equitable.
