TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall,
221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on April 21, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing either in person or remotely via Zoom
videoconferencing. Please visit our website at www.roundrocktexas.gov where a registration link will be posted on
the calendar entry for each public meeting. Registration links are specific to each meeting. Please make sure you are
registering for the meeting you wish to speak at.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Kimley-Horn, on behalf of
the property owner, Donald B. O'Connor & Lynne M. O'Connor, for the original zoning of 4.78 acres of land to the C-2
(Local Commercial) zoning district. The Planning and Zoning Commission may approve, modify or deny this

Legal Description: The O'Connor Subdivision, Block A, Lot 1. Field notes further describing this development tract are
