RE: Monarch 4144 Removal Request
The Depot Townhomes
Project #: SDP1703-0001
A request for removal of Monarch Tree #4144 (36" Live Oak) is being requested due to development constraints an,J
fire access requirements for Life, Safety and Welfare throughout the project.
While Tree #4144 is still healthy, the overall looks and architecture of the tree place it on the lower end of the
spectrum in terms of desirable Monarch preservation. Additionally, the economic, social and aesthetic value that The
Depot Townhomes will bring to downtown Round Rock should be discussed when considering the removal of this tree.
Please see Monarch Removal Exhibit accompanied with this letter for tree image and proposed plans facilitating the
removal of Tree #4144.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Will Blair
