Text of Legislative File CM-2021-112
This item, if approved, will extend the On -Call Contract that was executed in April of 2019. The current
contract term is set to expire on April 30, 2021. We are asking to extend the contract one year, changing
the termination date to April 30, 2022. This will allow for current Work Authorizations that require work
beyond the current termination date to continue. Future Work Authorizations under the 2019 On -Call
contracts will be scheduled to
be complete by the proposed termination date.
Transportation is currently working on a new Request for Qualifications for On -Call services. The process is
expected to be complete by the end of the fiscal year so the City has the ability to execute future Work
Authorizations that would extend past the proposed April 30, 2022 of the 2019 On -Call contracts.
The source of funds is determined separately for each Work Authorization.
